If you have little to no knowledge in CQB this will be a great course for you to learn the foundation to build all other tactics on. Even if you have taken a few courses in the past, this will be a great addition to cover anything you have missed in the past.

Packing List

Checkmate Will provide all training materials, there is no need to bring anything but yourself.

However, if you choose to bring your own "gear" that is up to your discretion, we do allow that. All items will be checked and made safe before entry.

Water and snacks are a good idea.
